Susy Rardon recently joined the staff of Harvesters as the Assistant to the Director. She worked for the last 13 years as the senior loan processor for a mortgage broker and knew that God was calling her into full-time ministry. As the missions coordinator for Grace Community Church in Hilton Head, South Carolina, she had many dealings with Harvesters. When God opened this door for ministry, she knew that this was where He was leading her. 

As well as serving as missions coordinator, Susy also serves as the pianist and music coordinator for Grace Community Church. She lives in Bluffton, South Carolina, with two of her three children, Alli and Greg. Her oldest son, Zach, is married and lives with his wife, Nicole, in Davidson, North Carolina.
